The impact of ill health can be devastating for the employee and costly for the employer. Exmed UK can provide an individually packaged portfolio of all occupational health services, from pre-employment health assessments and ongoing health surveillance to sickness absence management and "return to work" programmes.

This service is provided by a specialist group of occupational health physicians, nurses, psychologists and welfare advisers who have all worked within the military, government and law enforcement arena. The team is particularly skilled at finding solutions for a diverse workforce, whether in the UK or internationally.

In the case of UK registered companies, the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide act 2007, has further clarified the importance of managing the health and safety of employees along with their duty of care, and to this end Exmed UK have established an occupational health programme which clearly identifies and responds to all UK HSE legislation.

As part of their commitment to International Health, Exmed UK have established a division of International Health Care Support (IHCS). The primary function of IHCS is to provide an individually packaged portfolio of all, and any, occupational health services globally. The programme provides complete management, professional clinical governance overwatch, regular feedback for trend and epidemiology capture, as required reporting and a defined central secure data base management system for the collation and storage of screening results.

Affiliated Travel Health Clinic

Exmed UK also work closely with Number One Health, a travel and private GP service based in Harley Street in central London. Number One Health offers a wide range of personal and company healthcare services including:

- Screening for sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS.
